Pan Seared scallops and King Prawns on fennel puree drizzled  with honey balsamic

LOVE BOAT – Eggplant boat stuffed with Mediterranean vegetables served on a bed of wild rocket.

WONDERS OF THE DEEP – Tandoori spiced Tasmanian Salmon with fresh garden salad and mint& yoghurt dressing.

CLOSE TO THE HEART – corn fed pan fried chicken breast marinated with lemon and thyme and served on a bed of steamed baby leeks and romano sauce.

PRETTY IN PINK – chargrilled aged sirloin fillet steak with fondent potato, roasted vine tomatoes and delicious pink pepper sauce.
